What we collect
When you book a session or place a print order we collect your name, email, and phone number, plus a shipping address for physical orders. Client galleries record when an access code is used so we know your photos reached you. We do not collect anything we do not need to deliver your session, gallery, or order.
How we use it
Your details are used to schedule and confirm bookings, deliver galleries, produce and ship orders, and send the emails that go with those things: confirmations, receipts, and shipping updates. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
A small set of service providers helps us run the studio, and each receives only what it needs. Stripe processes payments; your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Our professional print lab receives your name and shipping address to produce and deliver physical orders.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no advertising trackers and no analytics that identify you. The only state we keep in your browser is functional, like the contents of your print shop cart.
Your photographs
Client galleries are private, protected by an access code, and not listed in search engines. Images from client sessions appear in our public portfolio only with permission.
Retention and your rights
We keep order and booking records as part of our business records. If you would like the personal information we hold about you corrected or deleted, or you have any question about this policy, email hello@jhwvisions.com and we will take care of it.
